Our store is hosted on GoDaddy, they provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are the age of majority or above in your country of residence with all details provided to be true and accurate.
By placing an order on our website you are offering to purchase a product from Lokeicia’s Luxury Hair subject to all our terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and delivery times are also subject to any further delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we are not responsible.
Standard delivery times will be 5-10 working days.
All Customised products may need slighty longer processing times. This is common on "Coloured bundles", wigs and specific HD frontals & HD closures e.g. Deep Curly, Water Wavy, Deep Wavy, etc.
Please allow an extra 3-4 working days, in addition to the standard delivery time, for this type of order.
Please verify the exact hair product/type you wish to purchase from your stylist before placing an order. We will not be held responsible for errors made during purchasing.
Furthermore, it is unfortunately not possible to offer refunds or exchanges on any products that have been tailored or customised to your specific order.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Image resolutions, photo lighting may also affect accuracy of coloured products (for example; highlight wigs, coloured wigs and hair extensions).
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to prohibit orders that are suspected scam.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We will not tolerate any form of private messaging my followers on Instagram or other social media platforms to spread fake feedbacks or other comments about us; this will lead to an immediate action being taken.

Completing your order via our website means you have read, understood and accepted all policies and terms & conditions.
Due to the nature and demand of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and refunds cannot be provided. However, we are happy to offer an exchange with an equally priced product or with a higher priced product on payment of the difference, subject to certain terms. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product we are happy to exchange under certain terms. We must be notified within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for exchange, please ensure you notify us within this timeframe or we may reject your request. To be fully eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot offer exchange for an item not in its original condition. We will not accept any returns or exchanges whereby the seal holding the hair is broken/untied. This is due to Health & Safety requirements. We also reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the returned/refunded package is worn or is torn and not in the original form.
If you purchased a human hair product, please ensure that the hair is not altered; for example by washing, straightening, applying products or cutting the lace.
Frontals, Closures and Wigs are very fragile by nature because they are handmade therefore extreme care is advised when managing all these products. Accordingly, we are not liable for shedding, tangling, bleaching or improper use of the product. So there would be no exchanges or returns at all on any Frontals, Closures or Wigs damaged in such a manner.
At Lokeicia’s Luxury Hair we pride ourselves on sourcing high quality raw and virgin human hair products to meet our client’s needs. However, colouring treatments involve variables beyond our control. This includes the techniques, products and “level of expertise” used during the colouring process later applied to our products by the customer/stylist. Please note that Lokeicia’s Luxury Hair cannot be held responsible for any damage, discolouration or adverse effects that may arise from treatments applied to our products. Clients are advised to consult professional hair colourists who are experienced with human hair products and to conduct patch tests prior to colouring. Misuse, improper handling or inadequate care of hair products can lead to unsatisfactory outcomes for which we cannot accept liability. We remain committed to providing high quality products and are available to offer guidance on proper care and maintenance of our hair products.
Custom made orders are strictly non-refundable or eligible for any exchange. In this instance, custom orders are orders made according to your preference or where we have modified a product to be suitable for you. Custom made orders have been specially made for you and would therefore be extremely difficult to resell to another customer.
SHIPPING COST
All shipping/handling costs on exchanges/returns would be borne by you (the buyer/customer), address will be provided. We advise you use a secure, tracked shipping service (and send us the tracking number) as we are not responsible for lost packages.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS/ REFUNDS
If you wish to cancel your order because you changed your mind or for any other reason, we must be notified within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that only 95% of total order amount will be refunded back to you to cover our incurred processing fees at the time of placing the order.
Orders placed after 24 hours can no longer be cancelled.
